Ready, Set, GO!!!
GMFmobilization is the division of Global Ministries Fellowship that focuses on placing Great Commission Christians in strategic opportunities to use their spiritual giftedness in ministry endeavors as they relate to the unreached of the world. These partnerships are made possible through short term mission trips that are coordinated through the Global Ministries Fellowship.

Our ultimate goal is to connect people's passion with a project. The end result can be nothing short of astonishing for those who participate on one of our trips.

Mobilization

Presently, we have ministry partnerships in over 30 different countries around the world. Our mobilization services flow out of our charitable purpose to advance the saving gospel of Christ Jesus to the very ends of the earth. Through evangelism, church planting, pastoral/leadership training, discipleship, medical missions, education, economic empowerment, construction teams, as well as other venues, GMF continues to strategically navigate through doors that God opens for the propagation of the gospel around the world.

Since 2003, GMF has been privileged to sponsor, coordinate, and mobilize over 1,500 short term mission volunteers in over 100 field mission projects, these short term missionaries represent over 200 diferrent local churches. Through these strategic mission projects where we connect churches with gospel centered projects and national partners around the globe, GMF is able to support local churches and agencies in fulfilling the Great Commission of our Lord.

Some of the effects of short-term trips and mission conferences include:

  • Encouragement – Short term mission teams bring encouragement to nationals, as well as missionaries who often feel isolated in their work.  Through short term projects, volunteers develop a better understanding of what missionary work is all about. This equips them to minister to and encourage missionaries in the days ahead.
  • Effectiveness - In the closed countries of the 10/40 Window short term mission trips can actually provide a more effective means of opening doors for witness than do some traditional missionary initiatives. Short term teams many times have professional skills in areas of healthcare, education, or business that are more likely to get them invited into closed countries like China, India, Indonesia, and parts of Africa.
  • Enlightenment – One of the significant aspects of short term mission trips and/or mission conferences is that they broaden the world-view of those who participate in the effort. In most cases, the churches who participate in frequent short term mission trips and/or mission conferences are more apt to be outward thinking and outward reaching than churches who don’t participate in these events.
